This extra virgin olive oil is the culmination of an arduous selection process which begins right at the start of the harvesting period. The olives are hand picked in the month of November and cold pressed, with the objective of ensuring maximum preservation of flavour, aroma as well as the full nutritional value of the olive oil.

This is a highly exclusive product, able to compete with the very best olive oils in the world in both quality and flavour; presented in a bottle to match its prowess, designed by contemporary artist Pablo Rubio. Authentic Andalusian Liquid Gold produced from the Picual and Arbequina olive varieties, and harvested in Cordoba, Southern Spain. Its intense and limitless variety of nuances brings forth an aroma of freshly cut grass, banana, tomato and fig... transporting you directly into the blissful and ancient world of the olive tree.
