Refund policy

Order Cancellation

The user has the right to cancel an order without providing any explanation. This right corresponds to the right of withdrawal established in Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

If you send us an email or written communication, please include your order details so that we can identify it.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods. If the products in the order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day the customer or designated third party acquires possession of the last product delivered.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the user must send the delivered products to the indicated address, assuming the cost of return shipping. Please note that if you decide to return the items with shipping costs unpaid, we may charge you for any costs incurred.

The right to withdraw from the contract will apply only to products returned in the same condition in which they were received. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the item, if the products are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or if they have suffered any damage. Therefore, you should take care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.

Please return the item including all original packaging and labels. We kindly ask that labels not be removed until you are certain that you wish to keep the item.

After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.

  • If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will refund the total purchase amount plus shipping costs within 14 days from the date we receive the returned order.

  • If the return includes only part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will refund only the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.

Return of Defective Products

If you return products because they are defective or do not match the description, we will refund the full price of the products, including the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
