Shipping Costs for Addresses in Spain
For orders under €120, delivery charges vary depending on the delivery area:

Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the user.
Delivery times:
- Córdoba and the surrounding province: 24 hours
- Andalusia: 24 hours
- Mainland Spain: 24–48 hours
- Balearic Islands: 48–72 hours
- United Kingdom: 5–6 working days
The indicated delivery times will be respected provided that no unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control occur. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
For the purposes of these conditions, delivery will be considered to have taken place when you or a third party designated by you acquire physical possession of the products, which will be confirmed by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Impossibility of Delivery
If it is impossible to deliver the order to the indicated address, ARBONAIDA S.L. will attempt to deliver it to a third party designated by the customer or try again on a later date. For this reason, if you are not going to be at home, we ask that you contact ARBONAIDA S.L. to arrange delivery on another day.
If within 15 days from the moment your order becomes available for delivery it has not been delivered due to reasons not attributable to ARBONAIDA S.L., we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract, and it will be considered terminated.
As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date the contract is considered terminated.
Please note that the transport costs resulting from the contract termination may incur additional charges, and ARBONAIDA S.L. may be authorized to charge you the corresponding costs.
