Service Availability

Users may place orders for the items offered through the website for delivery within Spain or to European destinations.

Product Availability

Orders are subject to product availability.

If there are difficulties in supplying products or items are out of stock, ARBONAIDA S.L. will inform the customer by email or phone and will either:

Refund the amount paid for unavailable products, or
Replace the product with another of the same value, according to the customer's choice.

Product Prices

All product prices include applicable taxes, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.

ARBONAIDA S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to product availability.

The purchase order will indicate:

The total price of the products
VAT included
Applicable shipping costs

The applicable VAT rate will be the legally established rate at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs within Spain

For orders under €120, shipping costs are €9.75, which will be added to the total amount.

Shipping costs are therefore paid by the customer.

For orders equal to or greater than €120, shipping costs will not be applied.

How to Place an Order

To place an order:

Select the desired product(s)
Add them to the shopping cart
Proceed to checkout and payment

You must follow the instructions displayed on the website and complete the required information for the purchase and delivery.

Before completing the purchase, you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

The data recorded by the website constitutes proof of the transactions carried out.

The customer will receive order confirmation by email.

During the purchase process, before payment, you may modify your order details.

The order is not finalized until the payment process is completed.

Clicking “Pay” means that you are purchasing and paying for the selected items and that the order becomes legally binding.

There are no purchase limits. Users may order any number of items.

ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

ARBONAIDA S.L. reserves the right to reject an order if there is an ongoing dispute with the customer.

Orders may also be rejected or cancelled for justified reasons such as:

Incorrect or unverifiable billing details
Suspicion of bank card fraud
Inability to ship to the specified address
Suspicion that the user is not a final consumer
The user is under 18 years old
Payment has not been completed

PAYMENT METHODS

You may pay using:

Bank card
PayPal

For card or PayPal payments, the total order amount (including shipping costs) will be charged at the time of purchase.

Only payments in EURO (€) are accepted.

If a problem occurs during card payment (for example, if the card is declined), the order will be automatically cancelled.

Card payments are processed through the Shopify Payments payment gateway.

By clicking “Pay”, the user confirms that:

The payment is authorized
The credit card belongs to them

Credit card details are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

If the issuing bank does not authorize the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be notified.

If PayPal is selected, the payment will be processed through the PayPal platform under its own terms and conditions.

DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the user.

Estimated delivery times:

2–4 business days for mainland Spain
7 business days for the Balearic Islands

These timeframes will be respected provided no unexpected or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control occur.

If we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to:

Continue with the purchase with a new delivery date, or
Cancel the order with a full refund

Delivery will be considered completed when you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the products, confirmed by signing the delivery receipt.

DELIVERY IMPOSSIBILITY

If delivery cannot be made at the indicated address, ARBONAIDA S.L. will:

Attempt delivery to another person designated by the customer, or
Attempt delivery on another date

If delivery is not possible within 15 days after the order becomes available, for reasons not attributable to ARBONAIDA S.L., the contract will be considered terminated.

In such case, all payments received including delivery costs will be refunded within 14 days.

However, transport costs resulting from the termination may incur additional charges, which ARBONAIDA S.L. may pass on to the customer.

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

Users have the right to cancel their order without justification under Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product.

Returned products must:

Be in the same condition in which they were received
Include original packaging and labels

Refunds will not be issued if the product:

Has been used beyond simple opening
Is damaged
Is not in its original condition

Refunds:

Full order return: full refund + shipping costs
Partial return: refund only for returned products

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the products are defective or do not match their description, ARBONAIDA S.L. will refund:

The full price of the products
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Access and use of this website is the responsibility of the user.

ARBONAIDA S.L. does not guarantee:

The continuous availability of the website
The absence of security flaws
That the content is free of viruses or errors

ARBONAIDA S.L. is not responsible for damages resulting from:
