Flor de Córdoba 1975 cheese, made with pasteurized cow, goat, and sheep milk. It is distinguished by its richness in high-quality milk, containing high percentages of goat and sheep milk (around 50% between both).
Its 5-month maturation in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, makes this product a true artisan signature cheese.
